Ficus Elastica Abidjan (Rubber Plant)

Ficus Elastica 'Abidjan' is the shiny dark green tinted variety from the ficus family, native to India and Malaysia. As long as even temperature are watering are maintained you can expect a very easy growing plant.


Plant Care

• Best located in bright indirect light. Can also handle some gentle direct sun in the morning if you have an East facing window.
  
  
• Water roughly every 1-2 weeks and let the soil dry out in-between waterings, increasing in warmer months and much more reduced in colder months.

• Fairly unfussy when it comes to humidity.

• These plants are toxic if ingested. The sap contains latex which can be an irritant on the skin, so be careful if pruning the plant.

Abidjan is approximately 60cm tall and comes in a ø17cm nursery pot.
